• Analyzed shopping districts, lifestyle centers, street and mall locations.
  
• Examined upscale tourist destinations.
  
• Studied markets and determined the most upscale shopping destinations applicable to the client.
  
• Selected sites based on detailed criteria including market sales, stability and growth.
