Bieri Company provided intense deal making and legal services as the company became independent from a larger retail concern. We introduced the retail executives to the Landlord community to allow for a good relationship in which the company could present their vision for the future. This eased company executives into agreements with major landlords. Bieri Company also evaluated and completed a 2-4 year plan determining where to stay, expand, and close.
