Wizards of the Coast
Hasbro purchased Wizards of the Coast because of its valuable intellectual property. Wizards had a retail division that was not properly planned with many stores too large to sustain profitability. Hasbro needed to get rid of many stores quickly. Bieri Company was retained to reconfigure the chain and eliminate stores while renewing financially viable stores.
